The Hitman's Bodyguard, with Ryan Reynolds, Samuel L. Jackson and Gary Oldman, adding the participation of Salma Hayek, even if a small one, thanks to the presence of these excellent actors the result is a comedy that can "walk alone".
Reynolds Is playing the same character as the movie that has dug out the box office, Deadpool. A mix of action and comedy that does not give the audience anything new or original.
The good against the bad guys and a bad guy who becomes good. A lot of irony, especially from Samuel Jackson, who once again confirms himself as an excellent actor capable of being varied in every cinematographic genre. The story is simple, perhaps too much, a component of the AAA, a sort of bodyguards élite, must protect a Korean arms dealer but everything goes wrong and he's assassinated by a sniper.

The bodyguard career is in decline but he is offered the opportunity to recover thanks to a his ex girlfriend who is an FBI agent, he will find himself having to protect a legendary killer that is always ready to joke and he will succeed giving him hard time. The task will be very difficult because hordes of murderers will be ready to mille them rather than let them testify against the villain Russian multi-murder president who will have to testify for crimes against humanity in court, the ace in the hole is the legendary assassin who worked for president.
The two will have a conflictual relationship for most of the time, until the discovery that the assassin had murdered the Korean arms dealer, the bodyguard go crazy about it, everything will be resolved soon and in the best way, the bodyguars will find the past love and the killer will re-establish a complicated relationship with his ex-wife, played by Salma Hayek.
Between shootings and spectacular chases, jokes and meaningless scenes will all end up leaving little or nothing in the viewers, perhaps only a future smile when you remember by pure chance that you saw this comedy when you will hear is name.
