My Actifit Report Card: December 5 2019

Jogging earlier today I realized something that even though you might be weak and unfit to continue the exercise, you still posses the power to never give up and this could be aided if you have someone else besides you who is encouraging you to do more.

That was exactly what happened to me during my jogging activities very early in the morning. I decided to even go to a much more longer distance than the one I was accustomed to. At first I was a bit skeptical about the whole thing, but then out of no where I came across someone who was so into exercises.

He encouraged me to do more and I was surprised of the outcome of the jogging. I jogged for a period of more than 45 minutes. That's something I won't have imagined in my wildest dreams but then, I did it. What a way to mark a start of a new weak
