Getting to over 9k steps ain't easy but if your day is been started on the right note the maybe u could easily exceed the 10k steps benchmark. How could that be achieved without going through much stress?, simple the answer starting your day early.
Waking up early gives you an extra edge towards conjuring and acquiring many steps down the road and their is no better way to have more steps than having an head start. On that note, wake up early, jog for some few minutes and carry out your normal day activities.
