#fitness2020 Challenge 1 episode 4

It's the 5th day of my 5 reps workout, and I'm surprise to see some changes on my arms and shoulder! Seriously guys! I don't know if I'm having placebo effect, but I did see changes! Those muscle lines are more visible now. I believe I lose some fat? I'm eagerly wanting to get on the weighing scale and check if I'm really losing some fat. Originally, the first week program were designed to kick start and build some basic stamina so I can get use to working out, and next week will be 10reps workout, following by 15 and on. But looking at what I get currently, I have no reason to stop! Tell me if you disagree.

Contest(test water)

Here's the #steem part I would like to put up. I would like to invite friends to participate in fitness. I am the guy who sign up a gym membership, but didn't go there even once because lack of workout buddy. I like "social fitness", literally go to fitness because of social. I need peer pressure and I certainly hope this even will help you to continue posting daily because of the workout.

If there's little participants, I'll just wipe my ass and walk out continue my workout with a few buddies. If there's enough participants, I will try to increase the top 5 prizes.

Rules

  1. Do the workout. 5 jumping jacks, 5 push up/knee push up, 5 sit ups/crunches, 5 squats/hand assisted squats
  2. Record a video as prove of work
  3. Upload it to any social media that can allow user to watch without sign in, preferably dtube or 3speak
  4. Make a post with your prove of work and tag #fitness2020 for ease of curation
  5. Make an extra summary report by the end of challenge.
  6. Contest end - payout date of the announcement post here
  7. No spam, no recycle video
  8. If you have anything to say, keep the video short, within 7 minutes.

Why this contest?

You may be saying, Dave 5 reps is a joke. Why not take it up to 50? Well, despite this contest is a fitness workout contest, ultimately its an excuse for us to make a post. I would like to take this opportunity to promote fitness, and to keep author posting on a regular basis, an extra topic for everyone to participate. I have prepared some steem for fellow participants. Ultimately, it benefit myself too, because I need workout buddy. And you my friend, 1 post a day for the fitness, you earn your potential upvote, body is yours, fitness is yours, and do the summary report and 1SBI is yours. If you win because you're handsome, or have a sexy bikini body, there you have another 5SBI.

I assume that if you see the difference there is difference. You better measure arms, belly, etc. You know muscles are heavier as fat don't you?

Yes I know that fact. Muscles are atleast 3x heavier than fat. My weighing scale can measure body fat based on the calculation of water weight and BMI. I will do it this weekend and compare to my benchmark then !shop

@davidke20 I once had scales like that. It was a present. It never measured anything as I hopped on it. After a year I intended to throw it away but before I did I asked my children to stay on it. Imagine what? It worked but only not with me.
So the question is how can that be?

I assume it is confused because my feet are dry and I am dehydrated too? But why not tell me my if? A scale like that cannot be trust. I threw it away.

Now I use my old scales again. From day one it is weird too. It weights if no one uses it, at times not if we stand on it and sometimes if we step on it three times after each other 3 times our weight is different. It was an expensive one so I keep it. This one lives a life of its own and at least play tricks with my children too. 😁
