I just finished a 12.092km running that lasted about 0hh:52mm:9ss !

Today I went out for running after work. As I got pain in my left knee because of iliotibial band inflamation as result of the previous workout, I had not done any workout for 4 days.
今日は仕事の後、ランニングをしました。前回のワークアウトで腸脛靭帯炎による左膝の痛みが出たので、4日間ワークアウトを休んでいました。

In this workout, I ran only 12 km consciously on my running form in order not to get pain in my left knee again.
今回は、左膝の痛みが再発しないように、ランニングフォームに気を付けながら12kmだけ走りました。

Fortunately, I was able to finish the workout without any pain.
幸い、痛みが出ることなくワークアウトを終えることができました。
