Today, we did short burst interval run. 100meters repeat run. I started to get the idea, children actually burn so much more calories than adults simply because they're developing their physics. The old saying goes, if people don't grow, meaning they're growing old. It's true, either grow up or grow old. No one can stay at the peak forever.
The central park view is going to be fully destroyed soon. Here, the dragons head already erected there one by one.
We did not much today, basically just to get sweat and complete a set of short burst interval sprint. It's fun, not too tiring, but this morning the sun is pretty darn hot though. I can feel it's pinching my skin.
Look at the little guy, as if have not worked out at all. This was completed the full sets of interval sprints. We're heading for our breakfast, about half a km away, so we decided to walk instead.
We like Subway. If you have a young children at home that abstained from greens, I've got one. But the only food that gets him to eat greens will be Subway.
The kid enjoying it very much. Take a look at that 6 inches sub, it's almost bigger than his face. It's the same portion as mine, see how human growth hormone does the job? They literally can burn anything that consumed and still be skinny because they needed that much of nutritient to grow up.
After dinner, we went to Arkadia play ground and had a little fun there before we collect our car and go home.
