In the face of trials, how do you perceive God?

Hello friends, how has it been with you over there? I know that you’re courageous irrespective of the challenges facing our world right now.

It’s in a time like this that good lessons are learned concerning life and our existence on the face of the earth.

Tell me, how do you analyze the situation in our world today, do you see negativity at all round or is there something positive to be grabbed from the situation at hand?

I believe in God and in words of his power, I also believe that ‘God’ is our way of describing a supreme being which is beyond our understanding and comprehension, now this supreme being has created everything including humanity.

This supreme being; all powerful has placed man with great intelligence, strength, mind unlike other living creatures with souls.

I call him Father, he knows everything that’s happening to his world and he regulates every forces and codes that keeps the universe in place.

Yet again, he has allowed a virus that we called Covid 19 to affect living things, it may be from human mistake in handling their creativities and inventions, no one can actually prove that for now, but the truth is that the situation is here with us.

Many lives has been claimed by same virus, and many are still fighting the disease.

How do we judge the situation? For me, I don’t like what our world is going through right now, but at same time, there are great lessons to be learned from all these.

For the first time is human history that the norms are being challenged by just one virus 🦠 in a significant way.

Many who are indoors or self-quarantined has seen another side of life and maybe have gotten time to meditate about the fragility of life in general.

I may or may not have opportunity to write again, I may become a victim of the infection after now, but life must still go on with the rest.

The circle of life must have its course, I’m not seeing just evil neither just good, good and evil are a coin of two sides, it depends of how you interpret each side at any time based on your feelings and emotions.

God is righteous in every way, who has given man freedom, wisdom and justice; now we’re responsible and answerable to how we manage our habitat where He apportioned to us to manage.

Humanity should be extremely careful on how we manage the earth knowing that we may not have another place like here.

Secondary, we may think that this planet is ours to be governed as we like or to do as we like; abusing nature and creations, corrupting natural codes that we know little or nothing about, abusing one another through hate and covetousness.

But surely a time shall come when the rulership of the world shall be taken away from men of corrupt minds who destroys the earth.

Look at this prophecy from the scriptures.

And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned. And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
Revelation 11:15-18 (KJV)

Be courageous and have great respect and reverence to God the creator and owner of the universe, dead or alive, still the same, death is not the end of someone’s life.

A day of resurrection, judgement and reward will come, when everyone; dead or alive shall receive rewards of the things done with his life and opportunity; be them good or evil according to the verdicts of God.

It’s better to show love, forgiveness and compassion with our lives, but before then, we have need to come closer to God, to understand fully his commandments as they’re written in his Torah, then shall we be able to understand love and how to show it to every creature.

Tremendous promise of God for his people "I will not leave you nor forsake you" really God is our inspiration in difficult times because his promises fill us with hope and it is what allows us to have the necessary strength to face adversities. Certainly this difficult time is also a very real opportunity for reflection for all but I believe that we are in the hands of God and He is sovereign and has mercy on whom He wants to have mercy. The important thing in all this is to have Jesus in our hearts. Blessings
