Music industry had boybands by which all members has male members. Some notable boybands are Backstreet Boys, NSYNC, Westlife, One Direction, and the current biggest boyband BTS. There also goes girlbands like the Spice Girls, TLC, Destiny's Child, and the current biggest girlband BLACKPINK. Both BTS and BLACKPINK are K-Pop groups.
While there are boybands and girlbands, there are pop groups with male and female members. The most successful is no other than ABBA from Sweden. The group has sold hundreds of millions making them one of the biggest sellers of all time. After ABBA, there are groups which had success, but not on par with the said group.

Ace of Base
The group might remind you of ABBA as they have two male and female members too. Aside from that, they're from Sweden too. Ace of Base became very popular with their first album "Happy Nation/The Sign" with estimated more than 20 million. But their longevity wasn't like ABBA, but the group still sold millions on their subsequent records.
Aqua has three male members, with Lene as the only female. The pop group had great success with "Aquarium" album, but their next album is underwhelming. Still, their songs are always remembered.
They're originally named ABBA Teens to "resurrect" ABBA's music, as well as their first album being a cover of ABBA's songs. They had some success, though not on par with Ace of Base, and Aqua.
