Fabric slippers with recyclable material [Home wit]

Being resourceful is part of a discovery process that we must promote in all aspects and areas of our visa whenever possible and that we are motivated to do so.

Making a pair of fabric slippers from recyclable material is a good option for those who like to sew and also for those who want to do new things, some that can be used almost always and are even reusable.

The materials that we have at home, without any use, almost to throw away, are very useful.

This time we will wear a jumpsuit "old pants", of a soft fabric. For recyclable fabric shoes, they should be with cotton fabrics mainly, to feel more comfortable.

The materials to be used are the following:

  • Recyclable fabric, whatever cotton or soft.
  • Scissors.
  • Thread of any selectable color.
  • Needles.
  • Sewing pins.

Step 1.

For the mold or measure, we will use our feet, because clearly if we are doing it for ourselves, in an attempt of the first practice.

We will place our feet around the fabric to see what size we will cut.

We will put pins around or we will do a basteo with thread and needle, in this way to fix the measures.

Step 2.

We proceed with the scissors to cut.

Step 3.

The sewing can be done by hand or in a sewing machine; This time I am doing it on a sewing machine, starting on the fabric, in what would be the toe, followed by the top of the foot, assuming it in the fabric.

It is very easy to make, only fabric that we no longer use, or that can be reusable for many other things; We should always try to do something that satisfies us.

Thanks friends, for going to my blog and I hope you create your fabric slippers.
