Today is a struggle I will overcome

Today I am having a very hard time with both edema and joint pain. My legs have fluid running out like rivers and all of my bones are on fire.

In a few hours I can go to a pharmacy if I can make it there, but it has been raining and cold here in Kuala Lumpur which makes everything more difficult. I have been using a blanket in bed today, for the first time in months.

I need to take a a visa trip next week to Bangkok and need $110 usd more than I have to make the trip. I am working hard on manifesting strategies and trying to feel positive and successful so that the manifestation occurs.

But really, I am back in bed as much as I can be I think the rest will do me good. Once I sleep an hour or two, I can barely haul myself back out of bed though and wonder how I got to be so weak.

Just keep going.

I give myself this mantra and try to live it as best I can. Giving up is not an option and would only make everything even worse.

I read a lot about this new virus which appears to be named after a beer. Someone posted about the airports being quiet and full of people in masks on their recent SE Asian trip. I guess I will see that next week.

My photo is of some greens I found locally for cheap and in a new and close by store. I'm glad to have them and add them to my food these days and hopefully they will help bring me to better health.
