My Actifit Report Card: May 13 2020

9.8k steps. Wednesday I didn't take any pics so this will go without a cover.
The run was 2.5 miles again but I definitely felt like I was laboring so have decided to take Thursday off (From Running at least). Sore foot and just overall lethargic. We will see about Friday. Resting heart rate stayed down at 58 which may be due to that more than being in better shape.
Weight stayed at 152.

A skip in between the run is good if you are actively not aiming to lose weight.
I jog once or twice a week
