This morning I ran to a shrine to make New Year's visit before running on the usual course along Harbor Walk.
今朝は、ハーバーウォークのいつものコースを走る前に、神社へ初詣をしに走っていきました。

This shrine is Port Island Branch of Ikuta Shrine. Also last year I made New Year's visit to this shrine.
この神社は生田神社ポートアイランド分社です。去年の初詣もこの神社でした。

I prayed that the world and I will have a peaceful and prosperous year.
世界にとっても僕にとっても平和で実り多い一年になるように祈りました。

After New Year's visit I did a usual running workout. It was a clear and sunny sky suitable for the first running in the new year. I was able to finish the first running without any discomfort or pain at my left carf, perhaps because the distance was short. I hope my left carf will keep on getting better without a setback.
初詣を済ませたあと、いつものランニングをしました。走り初めにふさわしい晴天でした。距離が短かったこともあり、左ふくらはぎに不快感も痛みも出ませんでした。このままぶり返すことなく左ふくらはぎが良くなってほしいです。
