Today I went out for running in the morning. As I didn't have a pain at my left carf in the previous workout, today I wanted to run 30 km at easy pace if possible.
今日は朝からランニングをしました。前回のワークアウトで左ふくらはぎに痛みが出なかったので、今日は可能ならゆるめのペースで30km走りたいと思っていました。

I had no trouble in my legs until 20 km. But after that, I felt discomfort at my left carf again. So I gave up running 30 km and decided to run back to my home. At that time, I felt intense pain at my left carf. The pain was too intense to keep on running, so I canceled the workout and walked to my home.
20kmまでは足に何の問題もありませんでしたが、その後、左ふくらはぎに再び違和感を感じたので、30km走るのはあきらめ、走って家まで帰ることにしました。その矢先、左ふくらはぎに激痛が走りました。走り続けるのが不可能な痛みだったので、ワークアウトを中止し、家まで歩いて帰りました。

It's really terrible. Perhaps I might not run in the races in February and March. I am profoundly depressed.
まじでやばいです。2月3月のレースを走れないかもしません。暗澹たる気持ちです。
