Yesterday I drank too much in a drinking party, so I was hung over in this morning.

This morning I went to an eye clinic in Osaka to have an annual postoperative examination. I will share another post about the examination.

After the examination, I returned to Kobe and went to the usual gym to do a hypoxic training. As it became early afternoon, the hungover got better a little. Although I was not able to do so good training because of the hungover, I felt that I had fully recovered from the hungover after finishing the workout. I guess that hypoxic training might have an effect on hungover.
