Today I went out for running after work. In this workout I ran with wearing "ADIZERO JAPAN5" for the first time. It is a pair of running shoes which I just bought on Sunday.( "眼内レンズ術後5年検診&注連飾り奉納&新シューズ購入" )
今日は仕事の後、ランニングをしました。今回のワークアウトは初めて「ADIZERO JAPAN5」で走りました。日曜日に買ったばかりのランニングシューズです。(『眼内レンズ術後5年検診&注連飾り奉納&新シューズ購入』

I used running shoes made by a maker other than Mizuno for the first time. It is because I'd like to get a fresh restart, as my legs have had troubles after the full marathon in December.
ミズノ以外のメーカーのシューズを使うのは初めてです。12月のフルマラソンの後、足が故障続きなので、心機一転をはかりたかったからです。

Although ADIZERO JAPAN is much lighter than WAVE RIDER, I felt it makes landing impact as soft as WAVE RIDER. And I guess it enables me to gain speed as easily as WAVE EMPEROR. You're pretty good, adidas.
ADIZERO JAPANはWAVE RIDERよりずっと軽いのですが、WAVE RIDERと同じくらい着地衝撃をやわらげるように感じました。さらにWAVE EMPERORと同じくらい加速しやすいように思います。なかなかやるじゃないか、adidas。

When I started this workout, it was already running a little. At the middle of the workout, the rain turned heavy. So I finished the workout earlier. I don't want my new shoes to get wet.
ワークアウトを始めた時点ですでに小雨が降っていましたが、途中から雨が本格的になってきたので、早めにワークアウトを切り上げました。新しいシューズを濡らしたくはありません。
