Although today is Saturday, I worked until the evening. After work, I went to the usual gym to do a hypoxic training, because I didn't have time to do real running.
今日は土曜なのに、夕方まで仕事でした。実走する時間はなかったので、いつものジムへ行って低酸素トレーニングをしました。

I ran on a treadmil as usual. The estimated running distance reached 5 km in a 30-minute session as on the previous time.
いつも通り、トレッドミルで走りました。前回に続き、1セッション30分の間の推算走行距離が5kmに届きました。
