Today I went out for running in the morning. I decided to run more than 30 km in this workout. I had never run more than 30 km for a month because of my left carf pain. Considering schedules of next races, I anyway had to run 30 km today.
今日は朝からランニングをしました。今回のワークアウトでは30km以上を走ることに決めていました。左ふくらはぎの痛みのせいで、この1ヶ月間、30km以上を走っていません。今後のレース日程を考えると、なんとしても今日、30km走らなければいけません。

But I was anxious about whether I could run 30 km without any troubles before the workout. I feared that I would get a pain at my left carf again.
しかし、走る前には無事に30km走ることができるかどうか不安でした。左ふくらはぎに再び痛みが出るのではないかという恐怖感があったのです。

Actually, I finished 32 km pace running without a pain at my left carf. I managed to run more than 30 km for the first time for a month. Although the pace slowed down at the latter half of the workout and my feet got blisters from my new shoes as on the previous running, those don't matter in this workout. It is significant that I was able to finish 30 km without a pain at my carf. I feel that I have eventually come to the starting line toward the next races.
実際には、左ふくらはぎに痛みが出ることなく、32kmペース走を終えました。なんとか1ヶ月ぶりに30km以上を走ることができたのです。後半はペースが落ちましたし、前回同様、足には靴擦れができましたが、今回のワークアウトではそれらは問題ではありません。ふくらはぎの痛みなしに30kmを走り切ることができたということが重要です。ようやく今後のレースに向けたスタートラインに立つことができた気がします。
