Today I went to the usual gym to do a hypoxic training after work.

I ran on a treadmill as usual. Somehow I felt that today's oxygen concentration in the training room was lower than usual, but probably it's just my imagination.

Also today the estimated running distance barely reached 5 km in a 30-minute session.
