Today I was off, so I went out for running in the morning.
今日は仕事が休みだったので、朝からランニングをしました。

I had decided to run 42 km in this workout. Considering the schedule of the next full marathon, I have to run 42 km once in this month.
今回は42km走ると決めていました。次のフルマラソンのスケジュールを考慮すると、今月中に1回は42kmを走っておかなければなりません。

This time I ran 42 km for the first time after the full marathon on 1st December, so I was anxious about whether I could run 42 km without any troubles before the workout. In fact, in the latter half of the workout, my legs got to feel very very heavy and tired. Although in the final phase, my legs were maddeningly tired, I managed to complete the 42 km running. My legs got very tired, but did not have any troubles.
今回、12月のフルマラソン後、初めて42kmを走ったので、ワークアウトの前は無事に42km走り切れるかどうか不安でした。実際、後半は足が非常に重く、だるくなりました。終盤には気が狂いそうなほど足がだるくなりましたが、なんとか42km走り切ることができました。足は非常に疲れましたが、故障はありませんでした。

The first priority in this workout was to complete 42 km running, so I didn't pay much attention to the pace. But as a result, the time was 3:09', which was not bad. I'm very satisfied.
今回は42kmを完走することを重視したので、ペースはあまり気にしませんでしたが、結果としては、タイムは3時間09分で、悪くはありませんでした。非常に満足しています。

By the way, this time I used "WAVE DUEL" as my running shoes. It is the pair of shoes I bought for races. I gave up to use "ADIZERO JAPAN" for running, because I figured that it doesn't fit my feet.
ところで、今回のランニングシューズは"WAVE DUEL"を使用しました。レース用に買ってあるシューズです。"ADIZERO JAPAN"は僕の足には合わないと判断し、ランニングに使うのはあきらめました。
