Today I went to the usual hypoxic gym. As I was tired from yesterday's 42 km running, this time the intention was active rest. So I ran on a treadmill at slower pace than usual not to increase my heart rate.
今日はいつもの低酸素ジムに行きました。昨日の42km走の疲れがあったので、今回の目的はアクティブ・レスト(活動的休息)です。そのため、いつもより遅いペースでトレッドミルで走って心拍数も上げないようにしました。

I felt my legs' mascle was tight before the workout, but felt the mascle got to be relax after the workout.
ワークアウトの前は足の筋肉が硬く感じましたが、終わった後は筋肉がほぐれた感じがしました。
