The start of a new month always comes along with some new motivation and so it is the case now that we are in december. Procrastination has always been a big issue for me and I havn't fully managed to overcome it yet but I continue to work on it day by day. Not that much going on Saturday, I intended to make it into a pull-up day but ended up bailing on that.
I didn't get to join a 3rd yoga session for the week but still am right on track to do 100 in a year.

I did get in bed on time and want to have a much more stable sleeping pattern again this month as I drifted away near the end on November. I will weigh in daily after I get up and take a shower/bath each day. 64 kg has been the range I've been stuck at but I still want to get near the 62kg range.
