- So I had 2 sleepless nights and this will definitely end tonight! I am going to bed earlier today so I get plenty time to “shut my thoughts” down 😁
- Lack of sleep often messes with my appetite so I did my food shopping today just so I have as much nutritious foods on hand as possible! I took few snapshots for you. More info with each photo👇😉
Beans provide protein, fiber, folate, iron, potassium and magnesium, they are budget friendly too😉
Avocados offer nearly 20 vitamins and minerals in every serving, including potassium (which helps control blood pressure). Avocados are high in fat. But it's monounsaturated fat, which is a "good" fat that helps lower bad cholesterol, I eat them in moderation.
Olives rich in iron ,copper and incredible amount of antioxidants!
Copper helps maintain healthy bones, blood vessels, nerves, and immune function, and it contributes to iron absorption.
They are an anti-inflammatory antidote to modern ills, great for the 👀and skin!
Rich in fiber which helps with controlling hunger.
Half a cup of oatmeal is only 150 calories!
That’s surprising when you realize how full you get for so few calories.
Almonds are higher in fiber, calcium, vitamin E, riboflavin and niacin than any other tree nut!
Just like olives and avocados, almonds are high in heart-healthy monounsaturated fat.
Can help reduce fatigue and will contribute to healthy hair and skin, muscle and bone growth and maintaining a healthy heart. They can boost the body’s immune system too. Sprinkle on salads or add to your oatmeal 👌
Salmon is one of the best sources of omega 3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fats are considered "essential," meaning you must get them from your diet since your body can't create them.
They have many powerful health benefits for your body and brain.
That’s my all time fave ingredients to maintain my health and control my appetite.
What’s on your shopping list this week?
