W E L C O M E !

Prepare yourselves for the biggest & toughest times on Planet Earth!

This was one of the greatest salads in my life, serving community, when I visited BOOM Festival back in 2012.

Wild cherries = very nutritional & healing (very bitter tho)

Always pick some berries if available in the moment...

Those were so hidden and wild... BIG POWER!

Mix them together!!! Raw nature...

Grateful to have a granny Fig tree in my birth home...

When you want to go to the market...

Let's see what do we have for cooking...

Very nice! We have some dried mushrooms, red potatoes and some spearmint from the garden.

I'm so full, this multi~grain~seed bread, was fairly enough for several days... I NEED TO SHARE! :D

Make some cookies, they last a long time and leave you satisfied...

Lovely to have those wild berries and even figs growing around you! I feel fortunate to have many berries growing around our place - good nutritious foods! I would love to have the recipes for your soup and multi-grain bread, they look delicious and I have such abundance of mint I'm always looking for ways to use it!

This fortnight, we're having a Herb Medicine challenge, sponsored by Curie! You can win over 40 Steem in prizes. Check out the details by clicking here!

Hey @porters thanks! :)

I'm definitely gonna take part in the herb challenge!

  • The multigrain bread is very simple: I just add some baking soda (1/2 teaspoon) in the wholemeal flour before I pour 1 glass of water dissolving 1-2 table spoons of apple vinegar and then more (enough) water to work with the dough. Sprinkle seeds before baking ;)
  • Red lentils can become a soup / cream / puree, I usually add some red potatoes and / or carrots :) love tumeric and some chilly powder :P
