Day 572 | Sleep Quality Increase

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

I haven't been keeping close track of my sleeping patterns as of late because they are pretty much fixed and I don't feel I need to anymore. I did notice myself having excellent nights sleep clocking in at least 8 solid hours each night. I guess the colder weather has something to do with it along with the fact that I'm lucky to be able to sleep as long as I want/need to. I will have to watch out no to get caught up in it and sleep too long though. For now, I'm really liking how this is going.

Not much activity yesterday aside from a walk to the supermarket and getting some more things done. I can't say I'm in the choiceless awareness state anymore and it feels like it's a matter of hanging on around the 64kg range. I will try doing some reps on saturday inbetween all the football matches I'll be watching with the goal to flightly feel it in my muscles tomorrow.

I will try my best to get this post close to the non-linear reward curve 24 hours after it was posted so everyone that showed support won't get screwed over by reduced curation rewards. All earning will be used to reinvest and grow on this platform so I can continue to increase the support I'm able to give back on Steemit over time! Thanks !
