Though I am older,
I am stronger,
More competent,
Day by day.

Though my hair is greyer,
I am more comfortable,
More stable,
Day by day.

My body has yet to fail me,
As long as I discipline it.
My mind has yet to fail me,
As long as I feed it.

One day I will die,
As do we all,
But until that day
I will love my body
As best as I know how.
